一) 主要技術指標
1. 脈沖頻率: 20 kHz
2. 脈沖上升時間: 50ns±20% 100ns ±20%(空載) .
在總負載電容≤50pF時,50ns檔是脈沖上升沿時間控制在75ns之內;在總負載電容≤500P下,脈沖上升沿時間控制在300ns之內
3. 脈沖占空比: 50% ±5%
4. 脈沖波形: 方波
5. 脈沖性: 雙
6. 電壓(Vp-p): 0.1-´3kV
7. 輸出高壓回路; 獨立五路

二) 功能設置
1. 示波器只能同時監視一路試驗脈沖電壓波形和相關數據。
2. 累計計時器分別顯示五路試驗時間;
3. 高頻泄漏電流表指示漏電流,面板設定報警值;
4. 面板轉換上升時間。
5. 儀器只具有手動功能。
6. 五路試驗系統,電動升降壓按鈕,高壓輸出指示,過流保護,具有聲光報警;
7. 配備烘箱。烘箱溫度0~200℃。烘箱內的所有電路元件達到長期耐溫200℃的要求。烘箱門安裝二個限位開關。
